PROGRAM MANAGER
Responsibilities:
Lead a large and growing team of outbound lead generation agents, team leads and deal daily with clients, campaign updates.
Manages and analyzes program performance to determine program needs
Manages and provides assistance in managing andmaintaining accounts of strategic clients
Tracks client issues and maintains client correspondence and issue resolution
Job Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree course
At least 2 years of working experience in the BPO industry as Program ManagerExperience in Sales Management is a must
Knowledge in outbound dialers and data is preferred
Exceptional, professional communication skills both written and verbal
Effective presentation skills are essential for this position
