Responsible for the overall management and operations of one or more projects geared towards the delivery of quality products and services and the achievement of the company's annual revenue and profitability targets.
Ensures a comprehensiveanalysis and identification of project specifications, requirements/resources and delivery targets based on defined standard processes
Develops project plans and implements them based on committed productivity levels and agreed quality
Communicates projects status, issues, risks, solutionsand implications internally to other project members and externally to clients as appropriate.
Continuously determis ways to improve profitability, quality and productivity and turn-around time.
Ensures opertaion readiness criteria are met to guarantee production stability
Manages directand indirect reports. Finds right balance between visibly in-charge without micro-managing.
Appropriate level of delegation
Motivates, coaches, develops whenever necessary and possible
 
Qualifications:
University degree in Engineering, Business Adminsitration or equivalent.At least 4 years extensive experience in project management in an operations/BPO/manufacturing environment.
