Search Supervisor, Mandaue City in Mandaue City, Central Visayas

SEARCH SUPERVISOR
 
As a Supervisor you will pass through an extensive training program, including sales processes, effective search and service processes, and other personal and professional development practices.
 
Responsibilities:
Manages a team of flight engineers andassist them with their day to day responsibilities.
Recruits, interview, train, and manage new search engineers.
Performs daily, weekly, and monthly performance reviews.
Creates reports outlining performance targets and metrics for executive management’s review.
Liaise with sales managers in building custom itineraries for clients, sometimes requiring multiple revisions.
Communicates with various airlines to inquire on availability, favorable routes, and pricing. Remain informed on all airline rules, regulations, and current affairs.
Creating and maintaining client reservation profiles.
Tracking flight requests submitted by sales agents and following up to make sure flights were sold.
Advises engineers on the best routing and pricing structures.
 
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years management experience.
Excellent English communication skills.
Strong knowledge of computer software, including, but not limited to Gmail, Google Docs & Calendars, MS Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
Must possess advanced knowledge in geography.
Knowledge of airline reservation systems would be a huge plus! Worldspan, Amadeus,Sabre, and Apollo.
Ability to work nights and weekends.
