Marketing Officer, Mandaue City in Mandaue City, Central Visayas

Job Description
Responsible for developing new business and growing the existing by establishing long-term relationships with clients and taking opportunities.
Facilitates over-all servicing of assigned clients from answering queries, studying their requirements, monitoring their renewals and relaying other services that we could offer.
Facilitates over-all monitoring of claims and its administration.
Develops analysis of results of market placements and client presentations and recommendations
Develops marketing strategies for new and renewal business.
Monitoring credit and collection of premiums within agreed premium warranties.
Must be responsible for training/development of staff under his/her supervision.
And other duties assigned by supervisor or any authorized superior.
 
Requirements
Female not more than 35 years old
Holder of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales and other related courses
Must have good leadership and management skills
Must be knowledgeable in insurance lines and services
Must be adept in writing comprehensive letters and proposals
Must be well-versed in oral and written communications
Must have good presentation and interpersonal skills
Must be computer literate especially on Outlook and Microsoft office functions
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in Insurance related functions
Must have business management related experience
Must have extensive experience in servicing different accounts for the company
With experience in Underwriting
